Don't see your plan? Contact us and we'll help verify your coverage. We're unable to accept Medicaid plans, including Medicaid products offered through any of the insurers listed above.
How Billing Works
- Payment is due at the time of your appointment, unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
- You're responsible for verifying your specific coverage with your insurer beforehand, including any co-pays, deductibles, or costs not covered by your plan.
- Cancellations require at least 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a fee.
- If you're using an out-of-network plan, ask us about superbills you can submit to your insurer for reimbursement.
We'll verify your specific benefits before your first visit, so there are no billing surprises.
