What Is Telehealth?

Telehealth refers to the delivery of healthcare services through digital communication technologies, such as video calls, phone calls, or secure messaging. This allows you to receive care from the comfort of your home.

Access, without the wait

Care With The Right Specialists When You Need Them.

Finding a psychiatrist who's actually taking new patients can feel like a project of its own, waitlists, referrals, phone tag before you even get an appointment. Telehealth changes that math. Because you're not limited to providers within driving distance, you get faster access to our team, not just whoever happens to have an opening nearby.

Same experienced providers, same quality of care, just a lot less time between reaching out and being seen.

Frequently asked questions

Telehealth, Explained

Yes. We use a HIPAA-compliant platform, which means your session is encrypted and never recorded. On your end, privacy mostly comes down to finding a private room and using headphones if you're not somewhere fully private.
Many plans now cover telehealth mental health visits the same as in-person visits, but coverage varies by plan. We recommend verifying your specific telehealth benefits with your insurer, or asking our team to help confirm before your first visit.
Telehealth works well for routine medication follow-ups and most therapy. In-person visits are generally preferred for initial evaluations with more diagnostic complexity, higher-acuity situations, and, as required by the FDA, all Spravato® treatment.
